Keep your fingers crossed, Bennett is scheduled to be discharged today. His eating has gone really well for the last 36 hours, he's really started to figure things out. The Neonatalogist (a new one) was annoyed that we were "force feeding" him every 3 hours as much as we were. She thought he was completely capable of telling us when he wants to eat, and how much. She also ordered all of his monitors off, and his feeding tube. So, he was cord free as of yesterday. Brian and I are headed in at 10 am for the dreaded circumcision and hopefully a discharge order. He did lose a little weight over night, but the nurse didn't think it would stop him from coming home. So, keep your fingers crossed that Bennett will be joining us on our journey home today. I'll keep you all posted!
Fingers crossed! A week already seems so long....

I am so happy to hear that, Michelle. My fingers are crossed. I am sure he will be much more comfortable at home rather than in the hospital.
